jogosvibe.com is a Portuguese-language casual gaming platform centered on the daily word game Palavrim. This policy describes what data we process, why, and what your rights are.

2. Data we collect

Account (optional): if you create an account, we store your email and display name through Supabase, our authentication and database provider.

Game data: statistics such as games played, wins, streaks and scores submitted to leaderboards.

Technical data: IP address and browser information are processed temporarily for security and rate limiting.

3. Local storage (localStorage)

We store game progress, local statistics, preferences and the consent record for this notice in your browser. This data stays on your device and can be removed by clearing the site data in your browser.

4. Analytics and monitoring

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used (pages visited, game events) and Sentry to monitor technical errors. This data is used only to improve the service.

5. Advertising

We may show Google AdSense ads on catalog, archive and answer pages — never during a Palavrim game. Google may use third-party cookies to personalize ads; see Google's privacy policies for details.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the providers needed to run the site: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (content delivery), Upstash (rate limiting), PostHog (analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring).

7. Your rights (LGPD)

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law no. 13.709/2018), you may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and revoke consent. Just write to contato@jogosvibe.com.

8. Retention and security

We keep your account data for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, the associated personal data is removed. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the data under our responsibility.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page; relevant changes will be highlighted on the site.
